From the invoices supplied with the car here is a list of some of the major work up and until purchase by me. I have not gone back beyond 1990 as a full body restoration in 1993 and a new engine in 2005 will have superseded much work done previous to that time.
In reverse order:-
February 2019 - New door/armrests and new sun visors.
July 2018 - New clutch pipe, slave cylinder and flex hose. New bottom radiator hose.
June 2018 - New 12v battery with 3 year guarantee.
November 2009 - Waxoyl rustproofing all over ( over £400 spent).
August 2009 - Near rear armature plus fittings.
November 2005 - Ivor Searle replacement engine fitted.
August 2005 - Exchange front brake covers, callipers & pads. Fitted LH front bearing kit.
November 2004 - Replacement HIFR carbs.
March 2004 - New fuel pump, new brake cylinders and pads.
December 1998 - KN air filters added.
October 1998 - Seats recovered. (not clear what with?)
September 1998 - Alloy rocker cover added.
August 1995 - New wiper motor & blades.
March 1993 - Full body restoration.
September 1993 - New steering wheel.
September 1993 - New stainless steel exhaust fitted.
October 1992 - Engine ,gearbox & overdrive remove and overhauled.
February 1992 - New water pump.
January 1990 - New petrol tank.
Clearly there are some large gaps, 2009 to 2018 in particular. Any more information would be much appreciated.
I will add to the list as information becomes available.
